The Standing Sequence
This is a video of my teacher, Steve Brandon, following the arm movements in the standing sequence (tadasana with hasta vinyasas) from Ramaswami's book 'The Complete Book of Vinyasa Yoga (2005, Marlowe)'.
This demonstrates the slow controled moving style, the connection of breath with movement, and the multiple variations (or vinyasas) involved in vinyasa krama yoga.
These movements are suitable during pregnancy and are great for keeping you flexible in the shoulders, elbows and wrists.
